The Healthy Heroes have arrived in our nursery. Each week Freddy Frog is going to set us a family challenge with rewards for effort.
 

We launched this exciting initiative by first asking all of the children's parents to answer a simple questionnaire about what area nursery could help with.
The areas include getting more exercise and having a good night’s sleep. As well as healthy eating.
 

The children enjoyed doing our indoor assault course and going for a welly walk!
