The birthday of Scotland's most famous poet, Robert Burns (1759-1796), celebrated with great festivity by the Scots. Burns Suppers are traditional celebrations on this day.

We celebrated this day by having a traditional Burns Supper of Salmon Kedgeree and Shortbread and learnt all about Robert Burns.
