Buster Joins Us For The Golden Mile
Wednesday 8th February
On Wednesday 8th February Mr Strong and Little Miss Helpful went to The Globe Arena to complete a 1 mile circuit for the Golden Mile.
When we arrived at The globe Arena a surprise was awaiting our arrival, Christy The Cat the Morecambe Football Club mascot & Buster Bee!!!
They heard about our Golden Mile challenge and wanted to walk the 1 mile with us to show their support.
It was great fun and we completed the mile in no time, in fact we were having that much fun we did more than the 1 mile target!
Not only did the walk keep us all fit & healthy but it also helped raise money for the
Dame Kelly Holmes Legacy Trust.
