Busy Bees are committed to offering quality childcare to every child that attends our nurseries. In continuing the passion, enthusiasm and drive our childcare professionals display, five Busy Bees nurseries across the UK have been elected to become the Busy Bees Centres of Excellence.

The nurseries chosen as the Centres of Excellence will encourage our Childcare Professionals to continue to develop and provide a good all round environment for the children at Busy Bees. The initiative promotes a proactive approach to best practice by giving our Nursery Staff the opportunity to visit the Centres of Excellence. During their visit, staff will observe areas such as; creativity, access to resources, and child learning journals accompanied with development monitoring systems. All the observations are designed to give inspiration and ideas to staff across the whole of Busy Bees, ensuring our nurseries are always exciting and efficient settings for children to develop and play.

The Centres of Excellence are part of a larger project being developed by Busy Bees throughout 2011. Our ‘See the Difference’ campaign ensure that each of our nurseries maintain a high level of care and service by answering to a strict and thorough criteria.
