To earn the award, the nursery worked hard to demonstrate that they excelled in their standard of cleanliness, tidiness and safety in their kitchen and that they strictly follow procedures. The nursery also showed that they have confidence in managing the kitchen, keeping control of potential hazards and documents procedures and systems.
