Busy Bees retains Investors in People award
Busy Bees are delighted to announce that they have retained the Bronze Level Investors in People award.
Feedback was received, following the 3 year Investors in People Review, to confirm Busy Bees have been assessed as not only continuing to meet the basic Investors in People criteria but continue to meet the Bronze level once again.
Auditors were very complimentary about Busy Bees. Auditors re-assessed Busy Bees against the Bronze standard, but they chose to assess against different elements from 3 ago, Busy Bees passed these new modules too.
Clare Phizacklea, HR Director said "I am delighted that Busy Bees has been recognised as meeting the criteria for the Investors in People review and that we passed the new modules that had been introduced.
Auditors were particularly impressed how Busy Bees cascade information and updates about the See The Difference campaign and how comprehensively this has been embedded within the organisation.
I would like to say a big thank you to everyone who helped co-ordinate this review and those who took part in the interviews - it is really appreciated".
Auditors interviewed several members of the Busy Bees National Support Centre and Nurseries, and were satisfied that Busy Bees demonstrates commitment to their staff teams and to continuous improvement.
