Busy Bees are delighted to announce their recent acquisition of Just Learning, which includes Just Learning Ltd, Careshare Ltd and Nunu Ltd; a private nursery provider with 71 nurseries throughout England, Scotland and Wales, offering over 6,600 registered places from birth – five years.

Following the acquisition, Busy Bees are the proud owners of 214 settings throughout the UK, offering over 19,600 childcare places.

Just Learning has an excellent reputation for quality childcare.  With a number of the nurseries spread across the North East of England and Scotland, the acquisition provides Busy Bees with greater coverage throughout the UK.
