For our Cooking with Me initiative, we held an open week where the children looked at a variety of recipes and cooked using various resources available to them. The children spoke about the hygiene needed and wore aprons and chef hats. The children explored their likes and dislikes, describing the tastes of a mixture of herbs and spices.
