Busy Bees Nurseries across the UK have been holding birthday parties to mark the 25th Birthday of the National Daycare Trust.

A national competition was organised by the National Daycare Trust across Busy Bees to award the nursery who held the most creative and inspired birthday party with 20 complimentary tickets to their 25th Birthday Party held at Speakers House at the Houses of Parliament in Westminster.

The National Daycare Trust received so many spectacular entries that one winner and one runner up was chosen. Busy Bees in Bristol Emerson Green came top with their circus themed party, with Busy Bees in Leamington Spa coming a close second with their tropical themed party. Children, parents and staff from Busy Bees nurseries attended the Daycare Trusts 25th Birthday party, featuring guest speaker John Bercow, Speaker of the Houses of Commons.

The celebrations were a great success with a party entertainer on hand for the children and food and refreshments available to all.

Busy Bees were delighted to be celebrating the Daycare Trust’s 25th anniversary, as we have been working with the charity since it was established in 1986. The Daycare Trust works to promote affordable, quality childcare, and helps promote best practice across the childcare sector as a whole.

Busy Bees have enjoyed working with the trust for the last 25 years, and look forward to a continuing prosperous partnership long into the future.
