On Wednesday 26th October the nursery celebrated Diwali.  The children learnt how the festival, known as the 'Festival of Light' , celebrates the victory of good over evil, light over darkness and knowledge over ignorance and the actual legends that go with the festival.  The children dressed up in indian clothing and  took part in arts and crafts activities throughout the day before being treated to a traditional indian meal.
