The children got to see eggs hatch into chicks and saw them grow bigger over a few days. The chicks lived in an incubator for the first 24hours of being born, then they were moved into a bigger living space. Ths chicks had to be fed and cleaned every day so the children got to learn how to look after the baby chicks!

There was lots of excitement when the chicks were born. All the children loved to come in and watch what the chicks were doing and learn how to look after them.

The chicks have now gone back to the farm which we got them from and the farmer will give us updates on how our little chicks are growing!
