Today we held our Preschool Graduation Party at the local church hall. All of the children leaving to start 'Big School' in September were invited along with their families.

The party began at 2pm and we all enjoyed a game of pass the parcel in the decorated hall. Then we enjoyed a lovely buffet tea and got ready for the Graduation Ceremony.

Each child wore their handmade graduation cap and a beautiful silky graduation gown (thank you very much again to Mrs Kyprianou for making the gowns for our children).  Each child was also given a Graduation Certificate recognising their time and achievements here and also a gift from Busy Bees.

When our names were announced, we each walked down the aisle and up onto the stage to join our friends. We were all super brave and confident and looked scarily grown up!!

Once all of the children were on stage, we all sang 'Congratulations' and shouted a resounding 'thank you!!' to all of our mummies and daddies for giving us the opportunities and experience of nursery. It has definitely helped us be ready to start school.  

Finally, we got to throw all of our caps into the air and shout 'hurrah!!'

It was a very cute and also very emotional day for all those involved.
