The children learnt about the different roles in the fire service and looked at how the fire people help us.

The children had the opportunity to dress up as fire fighters in costumes as well as making a fire engine out of large wooden blocks.

We also talked about fire safety and all took it in turns to dress-up and have a go in our fire engine.
