Karen from Warburton's bakery paid us a visit on 9th August 2011.  She demonstrated bread making and gave all the children a hands on experience.  Each child spent time making their own hedgehog loaf to take home to their families.  She also brought a goodie bag for each child with bread and activity sheets. Karen also brought lots of different breads for the children to sample.

Here are a few comments from the children about their experience.

Kian 4 years old said "It made me feel very happy, I took my bread home and shared it with my mummy"

Zach 4 years old said "I enjoyed making the bread, me, mummy and daddy ate it all up at tea time"

Lottie 4 years old said "I love to make the bread and liked that my hedgehog had lots of spikes"

Ryan 3 years old said "I loved playing with the dough"
