Animals for parties came back to nursery for the day, bringing a wide selection of wild and wonderful animals for the children to touch and hold and learn all about where they come from and what they eat.

We were very excited about the visit and the children recorded their experiences in drawing. The children had the opportunity to have a photo with their favourite animal or bug.

Parents also had the opportunity to come in and share in the experience which they really enjoyed.

Thanks to Jon for spending the day with us, it was a fantastic day. The children and staff held snakes, barn owls and lizards just to name a few. It’s not everyday the children can experience first hand what its like to hold such wild and wonderful creatures.

We look forward to inviting Jon and his animals back next year.
