Busy Bees are introducing a brand new initiative at University Hospital designed to help local, vulnerable children and families who are in need of extra support within their everyday routines.

Busy Bees will provide a limited number of places over a 10 week period to offer quality childcare and a chance to play and learn in an environment that is safe, stimulating and lots of fun, for families and children referred by a designated Health Visitor.

The sessions are recommended for;

• Support for foster carers within the community
• Pathway and local charities in need of emergency care
• Families will be considered with issues such as mental health problems, postnatal depression, physical disabilities, close and distant family issues—this list is not exhaustive
