On the 2nd June, Busy Bees Day Nursery at Rothamsted Lodge in Hatching Green held their sports day for the children attending the nursery.

Parents were invited to the nursery to watch their little ones take part in the fun and games. Some of the energetic events included running, sack races, bean bag racing and a bowling competition.

Nursery Manager, Marcia Brown, said: “The day was great fun and the children really enjoyed having their parents come to watch them. We wanted to encourage the children to take part in outdoor activities, developing their appreciation of active play and taking advantage of the lovely weather!”
