The Golden Mile is an initiative for Busy Bees Day Nursery across the UK where the children take part in promoting a healthier living, a track is made up of a lap around Central Park for the children to participate in different activities to achieve their Golden Miles. The children raise money as they do this and it is all in the aid of The Dame Kelly Holmes Trust.
Busy Bee himself was so excited about the Golden Mile he decided to participate in it as well he had his own Busy Bees Torch to carry also, but he decided to go one step further and run from Harlow Nursery to our Nursery. He got a lot of waves on the way and people even beeping in their cars. Once at the nursery the children were here to cheer him to the finish line after a final lap around the park.
Busy Bee has decided to take part going from nursery to nursery with his Torch in aid of The Dame Kelly Holmes Trust and the Olympics.
A fantastic day had by all. Thank you Busy Bee and good luck with your journey
