Busy Bees at Emersons Green are celebrating their recent Ofsted inspection, in which they received a GOOD outcome with one area of OUTSTANDING...

The nursery received an OUTSTANDING judgment in their commitment to 'Partnership with Parents', Ofsted commented 'Relationships with parents are outstanding'.

Ofsted visited the nursery and praised the manager on her leadership... 'The Manager of the setting offers strong leadership and is clear on her aims and objectives.  The staff team are confident in their roles and are dedicated to working as part of a team to support children's needs' and 'Staff supervise children well at all times and good staff deployment helps to ensure they are safe and well cared for'.

The nursery was also commended on their environment being 'bright and welcoming to children and parents' as well as 'Children throughout the nursery are very happy, settled and secure'.

Praise was also given to the food served at nursery 'Children enjoy healthy snacks and meals prepared by the nursery cook which meet their individual diet and developmental requirements.  This increase children's awareness of a healthy diet helping them to make positive independent choices later in life'.
