Heres a brief introduction to the managers covering Karen Povey's maternity leave.

Hello my name is Sarah Young, and I have worked here at the Chatham Nursery for seven years.
I began as an apprentice studying for my NVQ level 3 and National Diploma in Early Years and Education and achieved this qualification in April 2007.
Since achieving this qualification I have progressed to Senior Room Manager and covered Maternity leave as Deputy Manager.
I have worked in various rooms and age groups during my time at the nursery and have a passion for working with children, encouraging their development and seeing them grow.
I am the Early Years Foundation Stage co-ordinator here at the nursery and thoroughly enjoy implementing this philosophy within the setting.
I am currently ‘Acting Manager’ covering Karen whilst she goes on maternity leave and am looking forward to the experience and responsibility that this role will bring. I work here – Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday.
In 2009 I had a little boy named Tristan Felix who is the apple of my eye he attends nursery with me Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday morning.

Mandy Caslake from Bishops Stortford Nursery will share this managerial role and work on Thursday's and Friday's.  Mandy has worked at Bishops Stortford for 2 years and has currently just completed her Early Years Foundation Degree levels 4& 5 and is currently studying at Hertfordshire University for her BA Honours Degree in Child Care Education level 6.
