This allowed parents to be a part of their children’s day and see how they behave, interact and learn at nursery. It helps parents to understand the EYFS framework and how it is incorporated into the nursery day. With the pre school children it gave parents the opportunity  to see how we are preparing the children for going to reception class. If the parents were unable to come and join us we asked for photos of family members for us to be able to discuss with the children who they are how they fit into their lives.
