The Children in the Pre School Room were visited today by a friendly owl and the Wiltshire Wildlife trust, they learnt all about birds and their nests for National Bird Box Day.

The children even had the opportunity to make their own nest, collecting only the best sticks of course! The children got to make their own eggs out of clay, then they put their eggs in to the nests to see just how good they were before the owl tried them out to see which one was the comfiest.

The children were all really proud of their nests and did a fantastic job, and the owl thought so too.
