Busy Bees are proud to have received 90% Good and Outstanding judgments from Ofsted since January 2011, with 11 Busy Bees Nurseries in the 10% of settings that hold an Outstanding Ofsted rating in England.

An ‘Outstanding’ result is the highest grade awarded by Ofsted and is given to exemplary nurseries who provide exceptional care and provision to children and parents. The grade is given to relatively few nurseries nationwide, as the criteria needed to meet this level is so high.

Ofsted is an independent and impartial regulator of services which provide care and education for children, young people, and adult learners. They carry out regular inspections on all Busy Bees nurseries, and mark them on three main areas; the overall effectiveness of the nursery, the effectiveness of leadership and management, and the quality of the provision according to the governments early years framework, the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS). A report on every inspection carried out can be viewed on Ofsted’s website.

Ofsted’s regular monitoring of education and care services ensures that best practice is adhered to and encourages improvements in the sector as we continue strive for ‘Outstanding’ judgments.
