Henry Hinde Nursery in Rugby celebrated National Fire Fighters Day in style with the help of Rugby Fire Station..

The children had made pictures, paintings and colourings and some dressed up as fire fighters and had toy fire engines out to play with.

The Firemen came in the afternoon from Rugby Fire station and sounded their sirens as they entered the car park which the children found really exciting.

The children were spilt into groups and then shown all around the engine before being given the chance to spray water out of the hose and try on the fire fighters uniforms.

The Firemen were really accommodating and let the children climb up in the cab and pretend to drive the fire appliance and everyone had a wonderful time.
