On Saturday 26th November 2011 Ryan was nominated for the 'nursery personality of the year' through the Nursery Management Today awards.

Ryan was one of the five finalists for this event and I am delighted to announce that out of the many people that applied Ryan was chosen as the winner. This is a fantastic achievement and well deserved.
