What a fantastic morning the children had with Richard a local lollipop man. Richard came to talk to the children about road safety and read a story about Molly & Polly explaining the correct way to cross a road in a simple and fun way using puppets. The children had a chance to wear his uniform and role play crossing a road and the children having to STOP for traffic. The children enjoyed the visit from Richard and it has prompted them to think about road safety not only on the streets  but also when they are in the nursery car park.
