The Deputy Head from the local school came in to talk to the parents about their transition to school and how to prepare the children. They were able to ask questions to air their own worries and concerns. Busy Bee School Packs were given out and the team discussed the activities that they will be doing over a two week period to prepare the children for school.

Activities include;

• Lunch time packed lunch
• Canteen style meal service
• Visits from local reception class teachers
• Starting school stories
