I started playing football at 7years old and played for Blackburn Rovers FC from the age of 9 and turned professional at 17 to 21 years old. Due to injury I left Blackburn and started coaching.

I went to America in March 2005 for 9 months coaching football teams of all ages in Long Island New York.

On my return I was offered a position at Preston North End FC within the coaching department where I organise after school football courses and nursery coaching to young children to help develop the football skills and techniques.

I currently attend Busy Bees nursery Preston NHS every Thursday morning, doing football coaching in the pre-school room.
