In late 2011 the nursery recruited for its first NVQ apprentice.  Laura will be training with the nursery over the next two years and will gain both practical and assignment based experience, to create her portfolio.  Along the way she will experience and gain knowledge in the EYFS and learn and put into practice the Busy Bees policies and procedures.  Once she has completed her training is will be a fully qualified member of the nursery team.  We have also been able to offer Amber a part time early years educator the opportunity to train whilst she works.
