Hello, My name is Terri and I have worked at Busy Bees in Lancaster for 8 years. During my time with the company I have completed my NVQ level 3, progressed on to being the SENCO for the setting and December 2010 became the Hive Out of School Coordinator.

Working in the The Hive has been a big change for me as I previously worked in the nursery classes. I have been lucky enough to have experienced working in all the areas of the setting, from the baby room through to pre-school so this has given me plenty of experience.

I enjoy being part of the Hive team and we work together to ensure we provide a fun and stimulating environment for the children.

Away from the setting I live with my partner Simon and our 5 year old son Blake. We often spend our weekends outside at the park or going for a walk, like all children Blake is very active so it's a good way to keep him entertained and as a family we enjoy this very much.

I really enjoy caring for children and get a lot of satisfaction in seeing them develop and grow.
