We baked some homemade shortbread Christmas biscuits and set off for a lovely walk to the local care home. The children spent time chatting to the residents and gave out the biscuits. The children got a huge amount of enjoyment out of giving to others at this special time of year.

The children also got to meet the oldest lady they had ever met she was 103 years old. This was a lovely experience for the children and very kind of this lady to share this information with the children.

We would like to wish all the residents of The Old Vicarage Care Home a Happy New Year and we hope we can come back soon to visit.
