Tibbi Tots receive 5 out of 5 Stars again
Busy Bees at Tibbi Tots Day Nursery in Southport is proud to announce they have earned five stars from Sefton District Councils Environmental Health Office.
Nursery Cook, Craig Pendleton, has helped the nursery gain the award for the second year running, demonstrating that they excelled in their standard of cleanliness, tidiness and safety in their kitchen and that they strictly follow procedures. The nursery also showed that they have confidence in managing the kitchen, keeping control of potential hazards and documents procedures and systems.
The nursery’s “Appetite for Life” award has also been renewed due to their ongoing commitment to healthy eating, excellent hygiene practice, promotion of good oral health and promotion of breastfeeding in the setting.
Nursery Manager, Sharon Mackenzie, is delighted with the result, ”We are very proud of our fantastic catering team, Craig and Denize. They are committed to providing all our babies and children with wholesome fresh food throughout the day and work hard to maintain high standards. The staff in the nursery also work hard to support the Catering Team, ensuring all the children eat well, from babies who are weaning, to our hearty eaters in pre-school!”
