On Tuesday 27th September 2011 our pre school children spent the morning in Perry Barr Park. They spent their time in the park searching for items to put on their nature table when they returned to nursery.

They found leaves of different shapes, did tree bark rubbings, had fun jumping in the leaves and read stories in the park. When they returned to nursery they used their leaves, conkers and branches  they had found to do new and exciting activities.

The children found the morning very exciting and we are now planning to do this once a month and maybe even visit the Alexander Stadium for the children to have a run on the race track next time.
