Several classes of children from Busy Bees at Colton Mill have all enjoyed trips to our nearest attraction this month - Temple Newsam Park. The staff and children walked there so also enjoyed calling past to see the horses in Colton village on the way. The children then enjoyed a picnic lunch, lots of fresh air and excerise and a quick play on the swings. They also experienced the grounds new sensory garden and had lots of educational opportunities to gain more knowledge and understanding of the world around them and the community the nursery is in.  The children then returned to nursery all worn out and more importantly, in time for tea!!
