During the launch week of Wake and Shake the children were involved in various activities. One day they walked to the local park and performed the Wake and Shake dance.

The children made healthy smoothies with yogurt, summer fruits and raspberries and strawberries the children picked from the mini allotment in our garden.

In the Wonderland room the children got very active and organized a sponsored bounce to help raise funds towards this years chosen charity which is ( Children's Hospices UK)

On the Friday we invited the parents in to celebrate the offical launch the Wake and Shake initiative. The children took part in fun sporting activities, an explanation of what Wake and Shake entails and the ethos behind it was explained to the parents.  The children performed the Wake and Shake dance routine for the parents and then the parents had a chance to get motivated and join in with the dance too.
