For our 'Wake and Shake' launch day, we took a group of children to the local park accompanied by 'Mr Bee'. We played the 'Wake and Shake' tune and we all danced to the music.

The dance movements included in the routine have been specially developed by early years experts at Busy Bees to ensure that each child gains the most out of 'Wake and Shake'.

'Wake and Shake' invites children to laugh and relax encouraging them to explore their environment and as a result, improve their confidence.
