The children and staff in the Cherry and Apple tree areas have been joining in with the Wake and Shake initiative, this activity engages children as they discover a series of easy to learn dance movements, which they carry out to lively music with their friends.  The children enjoy the dancing and then sit and discuss about being healthy, what's good and not so good to eat.  Our children enjoy this activity they also get to play air guitars in the process.....
