Wildlife week
We all had an amazing week at nursery celebrating wildlife week. The children were involved in a variety of fun packed activities.
The babies wore wildlife masks, dressed up and made animal noises, looked at wildlife books and had a fantastic time finding hidden animals in amongst shredded paper aswell as making hedgehogs and butterflies.
Toddlers children made wildlife footprints, they decorated ladybirds and went on a bug hunt in and around the garden looking through magnifying glasses and talked about what they found.
Pre-School children made a wildlife den which made an excellent cosy area for the book corner. They made butterfly cakes, practiced their scissor control by cutting out animals and painted their favourite wild life animals...... A busy week had by all!!!
