Our rooms are specially designed to incorporate all areas of learning with age appropriate activities, so as your child can have fun whilst learning important social skills. Birth to Three Matters and Early Learning Goals are introduced as part of our Childcare Education programme alongside extra curricular activities such as French, Stretch and Grow, Music and Movement and Baby Signing. Our friendly staff at Hatfield Road provide the highest quality childcare. The key worker system in place at the nursery enables strong relationships to be formed between parents, children and staff. Our staff are encouraged to take on further training and to study for further qualifications, such as NVQs.
We have nappy changing rooms for each room, and a bathroom with individual toilets and nappy changing facilities. Busy Bees at Hatfield Road has a large off-road car park, and two fully enclosed gardens for all outdoor activities.
We also have a Pre-School teacher that teaches the pre-school children early mathematics and Language & Literacy.

Annual Holidays
Activities Noticeboard
'Tinymites' visit every 2 weeks, which is singing and movement with different objects.
A hairdresser visits every six weeks, and between once and twice a year we have a photographer to take professional photographs of the children.
Our Summer Fayre features lots of fun stalls and games, and a big raffle to raise money for our registered charity. At Christmas the older children perform a Christmas play and sing carols for the parents to watch. We also have Christmas parties for the whole nursery.
Events such as 'Bring a teddy to nursery day', 'Children in Need', celebrations of different countries where we have food to eat from that country and dress up in their traditional clothes. Colour Days involve dressing in a particular colour for the day, and taking part in lots of activities involving that colour.
