About our Nursery
Busy Bees at The Hoover Building cares for children aged 3 months to 5 years, and is a well established nursery with a high reputation in the local area. The nursery is easily accessible by tube as we are located within walking distance from Perivale station on the Central Line. Parking is also available to parents when taking your child to and from nursery.
The nursery building was originally three houses, which have been specially converted to meet the needs of children.
A recent extension has increased the capacity to 76 places, with two new group rooms added for the 2-3 year olds, and fantastic new equipment. The nursery has 7 group rooms, ensuring that the different age groups can receive care and education appropriate to their development stage. Each child has an individual booklet that records their progress throughout their time at nursery.
There are special features in the baby and toddler rooms for our younger Busy Bees. These include special lighting and sensory equipment, which can be relaxing or stimulating, letting them explore new sensations and sounds. Some of the special activities that our older children participate in include music and movement and football with specialist teachers. Bee Active pre-school soccer sessions are provided, where the sessions cover the ABC'S - Agility, Balance & Co-ordination.
There is an extensive, secure outdoor play area which has been recently refurbished, it now has a special safety surface and an all weather grass area.
