About our Nursery
Busy Bees at Sneinton is run in partnership with the Neighbourhood Nursery Initiative (NNI) from the new purpose built Centre for the Child in Sneinton, Nottingham, offering childcare in a high-quality, stimulating and secure setting for children aged 3 months to 5 years.
The nursery group rooms are spacious and bright, with a fantastic range of exciting age appropriate activities and games. Our committed and caring staff team ensure that children can grow and develop as individuals, and become happy, confident and secure in their environment.
Some of our daily activities include treasure basket play, heuristic play, music and movement, role play and numerous art and messy play activities.
The spacious, soft surface outdoor play area and garden is used daily to provide fresh air and exercise, developing important physical and social skills. The babies also enjoy the fresh air and can watch the older children playing with the outdoor equipment and planting seeds in their own vegetable patch.
The nursery provides freshly prepared, nutritious home cooked meals, including 5 portions of fruit or vegetables.
Parents can see how their child is learning and developing at nursery through our records, which hold information such as photographs, observations, details of activities and individual progress.
