I started working at the nursery in Chandlers Ford in February 2002, as Base Room Manager of the baby unit and I was quickly promoted to Deputy Manager.

In 2004, I was promoted to Nursery Manager.  Whilst in the role as Nursery Manager, I completed many training courses, including D32/D33 NVQ Assessors Award, First Aid at Work, Basic Food Hygiene, Special Needs, Behaviour Management, Interview Techniques, Discipline and Employment Law, Portage Plus, Thomas Training, EYFS Framework, Child Protection, SEF Training and CAF Training.  I am currently studying towards my NVQ Level 4 in Childcare Learning and Development.
