My name is Rebecca Davis. I have been at the nursery for 12yrs beginning as Deputy Manager and being promoted to Nursery Manager 6 yrs ago.

My qualifications are a NNEB in Nursery Nursing, a level 5 in Management, I achieved this as part of a pilot scheme between Durham County and Northumbria University, I recently qualified with a certificate in Post Compulsory Education (Cert Ed) and my A1 assessors award helping to support NVQ students. I have also attended courses in Safeguarding, Health & Safety, Paediatric First Aid and Food Hygiene.
