Why choose Tesco Kids Club: -
We provide quality childcare for children aged 2-8 years as parents shop in the store or relax in the café. We are open 9:30am-7:30pm, seven days a week, 52 weeks a year closing only on New Year’s Day, Christmas and Boxing Day.
To provide fun and stimulating learning experiences all staff are qualified or working towards achieving their qualification.
During term time, 9:30am-2:30pm, we create activities and real life areas for the children to explore and develop their skills based on guidelines from the Pre-birth to 3 and the Curriculum for Excellence. We continue to provide a range of toys and varied activities to suit all ages and stages of children throughout the day and during school holidays.
We promote a safe, secure and friendly atmosphere by ensuring that every child is praised, supported and encouraged as they play, grow and learn.

Hi, my name is Lisa Currie and I started working in the crèche eleven years ago, initially as the Deputy Manager and then becoming Manager, with my promotion I have developed my qualification from the HNC in Childcare and Education to gaining a Certificate in Early Years and Education.
My responsibilities include ensuring that there is inclusion for everyone in all aspects of running and promotion of the setting, identifying training needs of the team and helping them to achieve their own development goals, the day to day running and creating play experiences for all the children.
In Glasgow we have a great team ethos and I have really enjoyed learning from everyone’s experiences as we create a fun and exciting environment for the children to explore and feel valued and important.
My long term goal is to continue with my training so I will be hopefully starting university soon to achieve my BA.
