Hello My name is Fleur Baxter Warman and I am the manager of the setting. I hold a level four qualification in childcare and have worked for the company for over 16 years. I started as an agency nursery nurse in 1996 and have worked my way to manager over this time, of which 12 years I have managed various nurseries within the group. I have been located at Morden since June 2006.
I am the mother to three children, my youngest attending the setting with me. They require a lot of my attention so as you can imagine my interest evolve around them. They are my greatest achievement alongside running two London marathons and two half marathons.
I strive to improve outcomes for children and aim for Morden to be a home from home experience for the children in our care.
