My Name is Elanor Haywood and I have worked for Leapfrog/Busy Bees since February 2007. During this time I have gained a wealth of experience working in childcare with all age ranges.
I started here as a nursery nurse and worked my way up to a base room manager, then in September 2010 I went to work at the Derby Oakwood Nursery as deputy manager to cover maternity leave. I am now back at Rotherham nursery as acting manager.
I have a BA in education and I also have the EYP qualification.
