Kate and the team are fantastic. They can’t do enough to help and support. They communicate well and have been fantastic with our daughter’s allergy. Our daughter is only 1 but she loves her day at nursery and is super excited whenever she does extra days. Thank you to all of the team - ofsted outstanding doesn’t do them justice.

ViewFriendly staff who I believe really care for the children, my daughter has definitely learnt a lot and her walking and talking has vastly improved in their care. The activities are creative and vary each week. My daughter loves to sing songs at home now because she’s learning nursery rhymes all the time. I feel safe knowing my daughter is cared for when I’m not there. On a number of occasions, I’ve arrived to pick my daughter up and staff have been very nurturing with the babies. I also appeared at nap time once and witnessed the routine they have in place to get the babies to sleep and it’s really sweet and gentle. While I’m really happy, there are a few reasons I haven’t given five stars, 1) on a few occasions I’ve phoned the nursery and struggled to get through on the phone line because it’s busy for ages, a second line would prevent this 2) there have been a few days where the app hasn’t been updated until after 1pm and I don’t know what my daughter has been up to until it’s updated 3) meals for my daughter don’t seem to vary that much each week. She’s vegetarian and quite often is given quorn chicken. Which is fine… but I’d rather see some better veggie options. 4) I’m sure it happens at every nursery but we’ve now lost two items of clothing that have not been recovered.
