Training
Busy Bees believes that a highly trained and motivated workforce is at the heart of its success. The company’s dedication and commitment to developing skills encourages all staff to grow and reach their full potential, an essential part, we believe, in recruiting and retaining the best people.
Busy Bees Training Department delivers the Children and Young People’s Workforce apprenticeship programme as a way to attract and develop home grown talent within the company. We firmly believe that by recruiting for attitude we can develop and coach our staff to deliver high quality childcare to all the children in our settings and ensure that parents can see the difference.
Each year Busy Bees has a number of vacancies within its nurseries for school leavers who want to undertake a career in childcare.
If you're a school leaver who is looking for a career in the early years sector, our level 2 Children and Young People’s Workforce apprenticeship could be just what you're looking for!
It offers valuable on-the-job training that will form a solid foundation for a career within the Busy Bees group and you will learn from our experts, both within the training team and the nurseries. We will also make sure you receive many benefits to kick start your career, including a permanent contracted position and the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge to help you to take advantage of the many career opportunities available within the Busy Bees group.
Moving to the next level
Busy Bees offers a unique culture of learning and we believe that by providing an array of training opportunities across the childcare spectrum we increase our overall level of expertise and motivation by offering our staff interesting and varied career paths within the company. This way we get to retain our ‘home grown’ talented people and they in turn help to inspire the next generation of Busy Bees apprentices.
