Busy Bees Strawberry Ice Cream

Ingredients

Strawberries

400g

Condensed milk (1 tin)

397g

Mascarpone

250g

Method

1. Wash the strawberries, remove the stalks. Place half the strawberries in a food processer and pulse a few times till roughly crushed. Place in a large bowl.

2. Chop the other half of the strawberries fi nely and add to the bowl along with the mascarpone and condensed milk.

3. Fold the mixture together till fully combined and place in suitable lidded tub and put in the freezer for 6 hours until frozen.
