Busy Bees prides itself on its flexible approach to working with employers, and can prove a valuable partner in negotiating the complex legal and contractual details of finance bids and dealing with funding bodies.
PFI bids
One area in which Busy Bees can offer a growing pool of expertise is in planning PFI bids for the NHS and other organisations, almost all of which include a requirement for the provision of childcare or a creche. We are currently working alongside several bids and are able to take control of all bid elements relating to childcare financing and provision.
Childcare as a customer service
In addition to providing childcare as a permanent provision for staff, Busy Bees are one of the country's largest providers of on-site creche and playgroup facilities at shopping centres and sports centres, with clients including Boots, Tesco and David Lloyd Leisure. Such facilities are provided by centre management as a service to customers and are managed by Busy Bees.
Out of hours care
Busy Bees operates after school and holiday clubs usually as part of a childcare centre which also provides nursery care. We will be happy to incorporate this element of childcare into a corporate proposal if requested.
